    The Challenge

    What they were up against

    Master Garment Studio, founded in Accra by designer Ofeibea under the banner "Feel the Craft. Own the Moment.", set out to launch as a new African luxury house. The brief was never "a website." It was a storefront that could: Compete with global luxury e-commerce on experience — from Accra. Convert browsers into buyers across Ghana, Nigeria, the UK and beyond, in multiple currencies. Run a full retail operation — products, orders, promotions, customers — with a lean team.
    The System

    What we built

    We built a living commerce platform, not a brochure:

    • Editorial SSR Storefront — server-rendered for speed and search visibility, with per-page metadata, schema markup and a live sitemap so Google sees every product.

    • AI Stylist — a personal stylist, always on, that learns each shopper's taste and builds outfits around them.

    • Custom Design Studio — customers adjust colours, silhouettes and patterns in real time.

    • Style Quiz → Taste Profile — onboarding that turns first-time visitors into a personalised "Curated For You" edit.

    • Full Commerce — cart, multi-currency checkout, accounts, wishlist, rewards, order tracking and confirmations.

    • Operator's Admin — analytics, products, orders, promotions and customer insight in one dashboard.

    Together, these form a loop: the AI stylist, taste profile and "Curated For You" edit make the storefront smarter — and sell more — the more it's used.
