We built Kofwin Bespoke a digital organism for handmade tailoring — a single platform where a client anywhere in the world measures themselves from one guided photo, sees the suit on their own body, pays in their own currency, and watches it being made. The craft was already there; we shipped the system that lets it travel.
What they were up against
Kofwin is one of Accra's finest handmade tailoring houses — real craft, a growing audience, and a founder set on dressing the modern global gentleman. But the entire operation lived within WhatsApp threads, in-person meetings on each project, and a Yahoo inbox: proven organic demand with no underlying infrastructure.
The brief was never "a website." It was the operating system for a tailoring house that had to run for clients in London, Houston and Berlin without the founder ever leaving his Accra studio. The system had to:

Virtual try-on — A try-on engine renders Kofwin garments, and a client's own uploaded fabric, onto their body before a single stitch is cut.
AI tailoring concierge — A Claude-powered concierge answers fit, fabric and occasion questions and guides each visitor to the right commission, around the clock.
AI style & occasion engine — A guided style quiz and recommendation engine matches every client to the cuts, fabrics and looks that suit them.
Client portal & live order tracking — Authenticated accounts with a production pipeline clients can watch in real time, from deposit through cutting, fitting and delivery.
Multi-rail payments — Paystack and Stripe in one checkout: local mobile money and cards in Ghana, international cards everywhere else.
Notifications, booking & global shipping — Automated email and SMS confirmations, video-consultation booking, and a worldwide shipping calculator for diaspora delivery.
Admin command centre & intelligence — A master dashboard for orders, products, loyalty and referrals, on an analytics layer that reads the whole business.
